Nova Poshta. Sending by Nova Poshta takes 1-2 days. The manager will tell you the exact date of delivery of the product when placing an order. After sending the order, our manager contacts you and sends a message with the number of the consignment note of Nova Poshta and informs about the approximate arrival time of the parcel at a convenient office for you. We undertake all the costs associated with the delivery of our products to customers, insure them for the full amount, pay for shipping and cash on delivery. In case of refusal to decorate, you do not bear any costs. All other nuances are discussed with our manager directly when placing an order.
Delivery by courier Bottega Diamo. Delivery by courier is carried out when ordering a product in the amount of over 120 thousand UAH. In some cases, a courier can deliver jewelry with a lower cost. As a rule, this happens when we have planned to send a courier to your city and he can deliver yours along with another order. Pick-up of jewelry from Show Room Bottega Diamo. You can pick up the finished product from our Show Room, having previously discussed with the manager the time of your visit convenient for you.
Free delivery of products across Kiev. It is carried out by our courier by prior arrangement.
Order payment
When placing an order, you make an advance payment of 5% of the total order amount. Full payment for the order occurs after receiving the product and trying it on.
