Jewelry returns and exchanges
According to the current legislation of Ukraine, namely Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" as amended on December 7, 2005, jewelry is included in the list of goods that can not be exchanged and are not subject to return.
We provide our customers with the opportunity to try on the jewelry, verify its quality, compliance with the stated characteristics of the jewelry before making the payment.
We provide a full warranty for our jewelry during the warranty period of 3 years and we also provide free maintenance (cleaning, polishing) so that they delight you with their beauty as long as possible.
We have a trade-in service for regular customers. If after some time you want to order a new piece of jewelry from us, we can buy back the jewelry we made earlier at the agreed price and take this amount into account when paying for the new one.
